GALE is hiring VP, Growth Lead in the Bengaluru office to strengthen its footprint in the APAC region and help grow and maintain accounts. This person loves to network and spend time learning about the marketing space while interacting with clients and growing our presence in India.


What you will do:

Handle outbound lead generation and opportunity shaping.

Network and speak with potential clients, getting an understanding of their needs.

Shape and propose solutions for clients.

Help to grow existing client relationships

Manage to a revenue target

Grow a team to support the revenue growth plans for the region.

Craft responses to RFPs and work with the global communications team to ensure our brand is represented in the region.




Requirements

Who you are:

You have 15+ years of work experience in the marketing and AdTech space

You are growth focused with experience managing against a revenue target

You have strong client relationships and a large network in India and the larger APAC region

You have an agency or consulting background with a strong understanding of marketing, data, technology and media.

You have a commercial orientation and ability to estimate and price engagements

You are flexible and work effectively on multiple projects both quickly and accurately

You have the ability to prioritize tasks and work well within a team

You have the ability to travel regularly within the region.
